1. Eligibility & Rental Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old to rent a vehicle. Additional fees may apply for drivers under 25 years old.

• A valid driver’s license and a major credit or debit card in the renter’s name are required.

• International customers must present a valid passport and an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required.

 

2. Reservation & Payment Policy

• A valid credit/debit card is required to confirm your booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of reservation.

• Rates are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

• Any additional services (GPS, child seats, insurance) will be charged separately.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or failure to pick up the rental vehicle at the agreed time will result in a non-refundable charge.

 

4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

• The renter is responsible for the proper care and use of the vehicle.

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, off-road driving, or any unauthorized purposes.

• Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

• The renter must return the vehicle with the agreed fuel level to avoid additional charges.

 

5. Insurance & Liability

• Basic insurance is included in the rental; however, renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss beyond the coverage limit.

• Additional insurance options (Collision Damage Waiver, Personal Accident Insurance, etc.) are available for purchase.

• In case of an accident, the renter must immediately report it to local authorities and contact our support team.

 

6. Late Returns & Extra Charges

• A grace period of 1 hour is allowed for vehicle returns. After that, additional hourly/daily charges apply.

• Failure to return the vehicle on time without prior notice may result in penalty fees.

 

7. Privacy Policy

• We value your privacy and ensure that personal data collected during booking is handled securely.

• We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for rental services.

 

8. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Enterprise Car Rental reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
